jdbkh Terms & Conditions and User Agreement

General Statement

jdbkh ("we", "platform" or "service") is a platform providing digital casino services for Myanmar players. These terms and conditions ("T&C") form a legally binding agreement between jdbkh and anyone who accesses jdbkh.im or uses the platform.

By browsing this platform, registering an account, or playing any games, you are considered to have read and agreed to comply with these T&C. If you do not agree, you may not continue to use the service.

Age Restriction

jdbkh services are for adults aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 must not register an account, deposit, or play on this platform. Providing false information about your age may result in account closure and suspension of any balance withdrawal.

As a precautionary measure, the platform may request age-verifying documents from any account holder at any time.

Registration Requirements

To open an account, the following conditions must be met —

• A valid Myanmar phone number or email address is required.
• Accurate personal information that is genuinely your own must be provided.
• Each phone number or email address may only be used to register one account.
• Registering under a third party's name or payment account is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

You must keep your login password and related account information confidential. The account holder is responsible for all gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals made from their account, and must not allow any third party to access it. If you encounter any account security issue, contact jdbkh customer support immediately.

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one account on the platform at any time. If duplicate or linked accounts are found, all of them will be suspended immediately and balances may be put on hold pending investigation. If it is determined that this was done to fraudulently claim bonuses, those bonus funds will not be returned.

Deposit Methods

You can deposit at jdbkh via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is 10,000 Ks.

Deposits must be made using a payment method that belongs to the account holder. The platform cannot accept transfers from third parties, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from such transfers.

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes of the request. This is our standard processing timeframe, though delays may occur due to external banking reasons or verification requirements.

The following conditions must be met when requesting a withdrawal —

• The player's name and the payment account name must match.
• If a bonus has been claimed, the required wagering must be completed before a withdrawal is allowed.
• The platform may temporarily place a withdrawal on hold while a review is in progress.

Welcome Bonus — 150% First Deposit Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. After the bonus is credited, a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be completed before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example calculation —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → 30,000 Ks bonus → total balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks.
• Deposit 140,000 Ks → 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum) → total balance 240,000 Ks → Wagering 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

jdbkh reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility. If a bonus is found to have been claimed through deliberate abuse, jdbkh reserves the right to revoke it.

VIP Program Cashback

The jdbkh VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates are as follows —

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.2% cashback per week

VIP tier progression and cashback eligibility depend on gameplay activity and are subject to the platform's decisions and adjustments.

Referral Bonus (Refer a Friend)

When you refer friends to jdbkh, you receive 8% of your friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks per person. You will also receive 0.2% of your referred friends' total valid wagering as a weekly commission. Self-referral — depositing yourself to claim the referral bonus — is strictly prohibited.

Game Types and Play Policy

The jdbkh platform offers Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), Slots, fish shooting games, football betting, and crash games (such as Aviator and JetX). Game outcomes are generated by a Random Number Generator and fair play is guaranteed.

For football betting, bet outcomes will only be settled after official match results are announced. In the event of a match suspension or cancellation, the platform will act in accordance with its policies.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform —

• Attempting to exploit bugs or glitches in the game system for gain
• Bonus arbitrage — using bonuses in a linked or coordinated way to extract value
• Using bots, programs, or automated gameplay tools
• Depositing or withdrawing money for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to cheat or deceive other players

If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the remaining balance may be frozen.

Personal Information Handling

Verification (KYC) Process

The platform may request a copy of your National Registration Card (NRC), phone number verification, or proof of payment in connection with withdrawals or account verification. Players must be able to provide valid original documents; failure to do so may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

Limitation of Liability

Terms and Conditions Amendments

jdbkh reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time at its own discretion. If significant changes are made, an announcement will be published on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after such an announcement will be considered acceptance of the updated T&C.

Account Suspension and Closure

The platform reserves the right to suspend any account immediately and without prior notice if it suspects a breach of these T&C. If you wish to close your account yourself, you can do so via 24/7 live chat. Please note that if you close your account yourself, any bonus amounts that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
